MPAC Property Group is a boutique buyer's agency operating across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We are strategic, hands-on property specialists who are relational in everything we do.
Working closely with real estate agents across the region, we have built the kind of trust that only comes from consistently delivering results. That experience put us in a position to see what our clients actually needed and to build a team and a service around it.

Hi, I'm Matt, founder of MPAC Property Group. When I made the move from the trades into property, I realised most buyers were going into one of the biggest decisions of their lives largely on their own, so I built MPAC to fix that. Years on the tools gave me an eye most agents just don't have. I can walk through a place and see it for what it really is, not how it's been dressed up for a weekend open home. I'm family-oriented, and that follows me into everything I do. I value genuine relationships over quick transactions, and I take the time to understand what you're actually after. For me, it's not just about property. It's about taking the time, asking the right questions, and treating your goals like they're my own.
