We're a local business working with local people in local neighbourhoods. That means we have a responsibility to give back, and it's one we take seriously. This is where we keep track of everything we're doing in the community, from neighbourhood partnerships to local sponsorships to initiatives that support people doing it tough.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
PROPERTY IS ABOUT PEOPLE. SO IS EVERYTHING ELSE WE DO.
Every client we work with lives somewhere in this region. Every neighbourhood we help people buy into is a community someone else already calls home. We don't take that lightly. Community connection isn't a marketing strategy for us, It's a reflection of who we are and where we come from. We sponsor local events, support families doing it tough, and show up for the places that have shown up for us.

From local sponsorships to community giving, this is what it means to us to be genuinely invested in the region we work in, from North Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. Here's what we've been up to.
LOCAL SPONSORSHIP
SCARBOROUGH BOWLS CLUB - Barefoot Bowls sponsor night
We sponsored a community Barefoot Bowls night at Scarborough Bowls Club — and the greens were packed. Teams from across the local area came out for a night of friendly competition, great prizes, and a whole lot of fun. Congratulations to winners King Street Meats and runners-up Belvedere Hotel. This is what community looks like — and we'll be back.
COMMUNITY GIVING
MORETON BAY REGION - Food & Fuel Voucher Giveaway
With the cost of living putting real pressure on local families, we ran a nomination-based giveaway of $50 food and fuel vouchers, going directly to people in the Moreton Bay community who needed it most. If you know someone doing it tough, or someone who always puts others first, we want to hear about them. Initiatives like this will keep coming.
LOCAL SPONSORSHIP
REDCLIFFE JUNIOR RUBGY UNION CLUB - Season Sponsor - Sea Snakes
We're proud to back the Redcliffe Junior Rugby Union Club this season. Junior rugby is about more than the game, it's about teamwork, fundamentals and genuine belonging. Seeing the sponsor signage up at the start of the season is exactly why we do this. Here's to a great season, Sea Snakes!
